POLICE are hunting a sex attacker who assaulted a young woman in a lane behind a city nightclub.
He attacked his 20-year-old victim in a secluded alcove in a lane off Swansea's The Kingsway, between Barclays Bank and Bar Tahiti, in the early hours of yesterday morning.

He is described as white, aged between 18 and 20, around 5ft 11in, of a slim build with long, fair, straight hair, wearing a blue short-sleeve shirt and a grey round-neck shirt underneath with a large skull motif on the front, black skinny jeans and pointed shoes. The incident occurred between 1.45am and 2.15am. Detective Inspector Andy Hughes, who is leading the investigation, said: "Although this incident happened during the early hours, there would have been people in the vicinity of the Kingsway, who may well have seen this man or even know him, as the T-shirt with the skull motif Givenchy Bags Replica is quite distinctive.
"We have released a CCTV image of a man who we wish to speak with in connection with this investigation and I would appeal to this individual or anybody who can identify him to come forward. I would like to reassure members of the public incidents of this nature in Swansea are few and far between."
Officers patrolled the cordonedoff area yesterday morning for several hours. A spokeswoman for the ambulance service said crew attended the scene at around 2.28am.
"A 20-year-old girl had a cut to her face and she was checked over but not conveyed to hospital," she said.
A worker at nearby Oceana nightclub, who did not wish to be named, said he was shocked. He said: "I didn't see the incident, but police had cordoned off the side of the old Jumpin' Jaks building and were there all morning. I can't believe it." Ward councillor Alan Lloyd said: "It is unusual for this type of incident to happen on The Kingsway. I hope the woman is okay and police catch the individual concerned." .Police are
